Three addresses, three jobs
A catalog helps you browse categories; it may not identify a specific item. A source listing records the marketplace product and seller. An ordering-service page may import that listing into a separate workflow. Preserve the original reference when you save an ordering link.
Check what opened after the click
Read the destination domain, title and seller reference. Select the intended size, version and quantity rather than trusting defaults. Compare the included pieces and current currency. A visually similar product can have a different seller or specification.
When a link is missing or changed
Mark the lead as unresolved. Search from its saved product description or reference, then assess any replacement as a new candidate. Do not silently replace a dead link in your sheet with a look-alike. If a login is required, use the destination service’s normal login route.
